インフルエンザ予防接種　料金について

当クリニックのインフルエンザ予防接種料金は下記のとおりです。

1回目　3,500円

2回目　3,000円

ご予約は、当ホームページからのWEB予約でお願いいたします。尚、お子さんと同日であれば、ご家族のインフルエンザ予防接種の予約も受け付けています。

Our price for the 1st flu shot is 3,500 JPY and the second one is 3,000 JPY.  Please book in advance at our WEB site.  We also accept the same day flu shot for families.

２０２１年１月からのインフルエンザ予約について

＜２０２１年１月９日追記＞　今シーズンの、インフルエンザワクチンのオンライン予約は２０２０年１２月で終了しましたが、引き続きお電話で受け付けています。0743-57-6972/

Our online flu shot booking has been ended, but we are still accepting it over the phone.  Please contact 0743-57-6972/
070-8448-6972.  Vaccinations for adults are also available.

インフルエンザワクチンは、10月3日（土曜日）から接種スタートします。

接種日時は「祝日を除く月曜から水曜の19時から19時30分、第1から第4土曜及び日曜の14時から16時」です。

WEBにて、お1人ずつのご予約をお願いします。

■問診票を印刷してご記入の上お持ちいただきますとスムースに接種できます。

クリニックにも問診票をご用意しております。

Flu shot will begin on Oct. 3rd, Saturday.  It will be held between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. from Monday through Wednesday except holidays AND between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. from 1st through 4th Saturday and Sunday.  Please book in advance at our WEB site.
